Abstract:
According to a larg e amo unt of combust ion data o f ex perimental inv est ig atio ns conducted for many year s and some other related studies, v ar io us kinds of abnormal combustio n phenomena hav e been o ut lined and devided into three categor ies: backf ire, compr ession ignit ion and “d ef lagrat ion ”which w as discov ered and cal led by autho rs in some ex periments and w as specially presented and analysed. On the basis of comparison betw een normal and abnormal combust ion pro cesses, the characterist ics, impair and causes o f appear ing of abov e thr ee kinds o f abnormal combust ion are analyzed in more detail , some technical measures fo r prevent ing abno rmal combust ion are int roduced.
