Abstract:
Gun muzzle flow field is produced by high speed, less expanded and nonstatio nary jet. There are vor tex and sho ck w ave in the process. Mo re impo rtant thing is that there are centr e f ire and second f ire w hich are pro duced by the fuleps ex plo sive. T herefo re, gun muzzle f ire zone is v ery complicated, there are heat conduction, dif fusion, heat convect ion and chemical react ion. The development and spread of fire is g overned by temperature and concent ration and their distr ibution. In this paper, one dimensional physical model is presented w ith regard to the fo rmat ion of the cent re and second fire, and in the model , chemical react ion, heat conduct ion and diffusion are co nsidered. Acco rding to the solitar y w ave theo ry, the reason fo r forming the cent re and second f ir e is given. The theoret ical results are in good ag reement w ith the ex perimental ones.
