Abstract:
This paper presents a kind of surface temperature sensors fo r measuring temperature on inner sur face of gun-barrel. Const ruct ion and principles of the sensors are int ro duced. T he mathemat ical model has been established on the base of heat conduct ion. The dynamic r espo nse characterist ics of the sensors are studied. Numerical so lut ions of typical problems are evaluated by using finite dif ferent ial method. Some simulative r esult s of dynamic response character ist ics are g iven. Ex perimental research of a principle model of surface temperature senso rs desig ned specially is do ne w ith heat ing method by a pulse laser. Prel iminary ex perimental result s are g iven and they are ident ical w ith those of numerical ev aluat ion. Al l the result s presented by this paper provide the basis for design and use of this kind of senso rs.
