Abstract:
Select ive nit rat io n o f acetanilide prov ides 4-nit roacetanilide, served as useful intermediates. At pr esent it is carried out in mixed acid at low temper ature, therefore the long react ion t ime and more ener gy consumpt ion are required. In this paper the best techno logical condit ions for preparing 4-nit roacetanilide are obtained through par ameters and orthog onal test . Compared w ith the existing methods, the react ion temperature is raised fr om 5 ℃ to 20 ℃ and the r eaction t ime r educed fr om 20 h to 5 h, therefore the pro duct ion co st is cut dow n and the productiv ity is raised.
