Abstract:
The metho d o f real t ime fault mo nitoring and sy stem evaluating has been studied. Based on the research of st ructur e and operat ion environment of stat ic fault t ree as w el l as the operat ional characterist ics of FMS, a general method of FMS real t ime fault t ree model as w el l as it s o bject-oriented know ledg e representat io n and r easoning have been pr esented. This method, synthet ically ut il izing the fault t ree technique, object-or iented node descr ipt ion and sto rage techniques as w ell as forw ard and backw ard reasoning st rategies, performed the fast and accurate fault detect ion. Finally , the architectur e and implementat ion metho d o f the sy stem have been provided. T he result o f ex perimental operat ion show s that the method is effect iv e.
