Abstract:
In this paper , based o n the know ledg e o f ro tat ion in descript ive geomet ry , the po ssibility of pro cessing various oblique holes, oblique plane and grinding cut t ing tools of lathe using universal vice is discussed, the g raphic metho d of technolog ical ang le under thr ee f ixat ion processes is analy sed. T he calculat ing fo rmula of technolo gical angle in three cases w as exactly tested and v erif ied w ith analy tic mathod. It has r eached the r equirement s of machining precisio n in the processing of specif ic using.
