Abstract:
This paper analy ses and studies effect s of mult ibeam interference in Fizean interferometer, compar es effect s o f mult i-beam interference on the accuracy of interferometer using 3-frame and 4-frame phase-shift ing interfer omet ry. A s shown in result s, this kind of ef fect , w hich can be reduced ef fectively by using suitable phase-shift ing algo rithm, can not be neglected even if the two interfer ence sur faces are uncoated or the ref lect ivit ies are low . Finally , a computatio nal and st imulat ing ex ample is given in the paper w hen R= 0. 1, w hich show s that 4-f rame method can reduce the mult i-beam effect on testing accuracy mo re effect iv ely than 3-f rame method.
