Abstract:
In this paper, measurement of non-st raightness of barrels is given out by using the sy stem made up o f pho to-electr ical po sit io n sensor PSD ( po sit io n sensit ive device) , semiconductor laser , data-acquisitiv e car d and micro computer . The repeated ex periment s pr oved this method, compared w ith the conv ent ional manual data acquisition, has higher accuracy ( < 0. 1 mm) , greater speed of measurement and pro cess, more automat ic, simpler f ix at ion and adjustment , etc. The detailed principle of tang ent metho d of 3D cur vature and the w ay s to improv e accuracy ar e also discussed. In the end, the measurement result s of non-st raightness of barrel with 37 mm inside diameter are pr ovided as w ell .
