Abstract:
In nit ric acid-phosphoric anhydride-nit ro urea system, hexamine w as nitr olyzed into linear nit ramines w hich w ere further conver ted into DPT by hy drolysis and co ndensat ion. The ef fect s of temperature and each amount of nit ric acid, phospho ric anhydride and nit rourea on the yield o f linear nitr amines and DPT w ere thoro ug hly studied. The better react ion condit io n w as established. T he better react ion condit io n is as fo llow s: the temper ature 10℃, the amo unt of hexamine 5 g, the amo unt of nit ric acid 50 g , the amount of P2O510 g , the amo unt of nit ro urea 9 g . T he highest y ield of DPT per hexamine is 126 percent .
