Abstract:
T his paper resear ches exper imentally the colour result s o f metabisul fite w ith various acid v alve, and measuring the relat ion between solut ion elect ric po tential and store t ime. T est result s indicate colour speed of metabisulf ite solut ion increases as acid valve ( pH) dicreases because dicreasing acid v alv e leads to the so lut ion elect ric potent ial mo ving neg at ively . But ex cessive acidat ing causes sudden r esolution and so lut ion doesnqt colo ur . Due to solut ion resolut io n, electr ic po tent ial moves posit ively as stor e t ime of compounded so lut ion increases. St iring makes the so lut ion potent ial move negat ively. When this solutio n is used, it is important to contr ol store t ime and st iring .
