Abstract:
The use of the co ncept and techno logy o f flex ible manufactur ing is of great importance in r eforming propellant pr oduct ion lines. It is an init iat ive w ork fo r no t only the research of cell equipment but al so the integ rat ion of system. This paper is mainly to study the simulation o f pro pellant flex ible productio n lines using the product io n technolo gy of so lvent method, including the modeling and animated simulat io n, o pt imizat ion of technological par ameters in cell equipment , animated simulat io n of integr at ion system, etc. The paper pr opo sed a decisio n-making basis and reference model for studying the cell equipment and for building up the pro pellant f lex ible pr oduct ion line. It realized the pr ocess of pr opellant f lex ibility fr om a co ncept to the model.
