Abstract:
Grinding mechanism o f GLS pulver izer is analysed. It is considered that there is differ ent g rinding act io n fo r material w ith dry g rinding o r w et g rinding . The size of paricles gringed by w et g rinding is mor e f ine than that of part icles grinded by dry g rinding . It is shown that the liquid dispel is goo d for r eunio n f ine part icles. Meanw hile, the flow f ield o f liquid and gas has a great influence on par ticle size reduct ion. Based o n this, the flow mot ion model in grinding chamber is presented, and f luid field is simulated by numerical method. Finally , the mechanisms of flow field for g as and liquid are compared in this paper.
