Abstract:
In this paper, accor ding to co nt rol pr inciples on optoelectr ic info rmat ion and compo sit ion of mul tialkali photocathodes, theor et ical mode w as g iv en and surveying inst rument s w ere developed. Then surveying resul ts w ere g iven and discussed brief ly . T he photocathode composit ion can be cont rolled and informat ion of photocathode thickness can be given by theoretical opt ical ref lectance R( d ) compared to exper imental one. The informat ion o f pho toelectr on escape depth and technolo gical precess w er e g iv en by photocurr ent I ( d) of mult ialkali photocatho des. T he techno logical pro cess w as adjusted and the spect ral response improved by this informat ion.
