Abstract:
T his paper s tudied the forecas ting problem of time sequence in geot echnical engineering. Results show that there exis ted some problem with g rey syst em , so the grey sys tem should be operat ed cautiously. On the basis of this, f irst ly, the relationship betw een t ime sequence and art ificial neural netw ork is s tudied, secondly, the function approximation abilit y of artificial neural netw ork is demonst rat ed, thirdly, the t ime s equence forecast ing model based on artificial neural network in geot echnical engineering is put f orward.Result s indicat e that this model has a higher forecast ing accuracy and it is an ef fective w ay for s olving the forecast problem of time sequence in g eotechnical engineering.
