Abstract:
T he chemical react io n process of porcelain clay detergent with diesel exhaust gas w as invest igated in a jet bubbling reactor. T he detergent is composed o f porcelain clay , rare-earth cataly st and NaOH so lut ion. About 65% r emoval of ex haust par ticulate and above 80 % r emoval of NOx, SO2 and HC compound can be achiev ed for the porcelain clay deterg ent . The concent ration of por celain clay hardly af fect s the r emoval of exhaust part iculate. T he increase of ex haust r esistance by using the jet bubbling reactor do esnpt deter io rate diesel propert ies, and the temperature of ex haust gas decreases f rom 420~460 ℃to 50~60 ℃.
