Abstract:
T he resear ch and breakthro ug h of the cell equipment w ith a cont inuity , automat ion and f lexibility is a key to develop the research of pr opellant f lex ible manufacturing technolo gy . This paper discusses the modeling pr oblems of technolog ical parameters abo ut thr ee crit ical cells that are ex pelling w ater, mix ture and expel ling solv ent cont inuously in pr opellant flex ible manufacturing , using so lvent method as pr oduct ive technology . In this paper, we develop some metho ds of modeling and solut io n about the regression model of mul tivariate poly nomial, regressive verificat ion, perpendicular ex periment table and opt imizat io n model o f the cell equipment . As an ex ample, w e engage in mo deling process for the ex pelling w ater cel l, and obtain a gro up o f optimum techno logical parameters abo ut the cell equipment.
