Abstract:
In this paper, accor ding to the spect ral response formular o f mult ialkal i photo cathode, the spect ral responses of S25 series pho to cathodes ( S251, S252, New S25 , and Super S25 ) are simulated and some characterist ic parameters are obtained. T hr oug h analyzing the result s of the simulatio n, the internal mechanism of g ood properties possessed by S25 series photocathodes ( especially by Super S25 ) is ex posed, and some techno logical pro cessing methods are ex pounded.
