Abstract:
Hydrochlor ide of 2, 4, 7, 9, 11, 14-hexazat ricy clo [ 8, 4, 0, 03, 8 ] tet radecane( 1) and hydrochlor ide of 2, 5, 7, 9-tetr azabicycls [ 4, 3, 0] no nan-8-one( 2) and 2, 5, 7, 10-tetr azabicy clo [ 4, 4, 0] decane ( 3) w ere synthesized via r eaction of 2, 3-bishy dro xy lpiperazine that is the condensat ion product o f ethylenediamine and gly ox al w ith formamide, ur ea and ethylenediamine r espect ively . Compound 1 is a new compound that w as not r eported in liter ature. T he y ield of compound 2 is hig her than that in literature ( 1) w ith the impr ovement of react ion condit io n. T he yield o f compound 3 is as high as 77. 5%, because the condensat io n react io n of sy nthesising compound 3 is divided into low temperature and hig h temperature.
