Abstract:
T he curing react ion parameters o f modified bismaleimide r esin sy stem by means of polyblending w ith nanometer sized TiO2 w ere determined by thermal analysis technology , the relationship betw een curing condit ions and the glass temperature of cur ed resin at high temperature w er e develo ped. The result s show ed that nanometer sized T iO2 co uld decrease the act ivation energy of curing react ion and post-t reatment temperature of resin, and improv e the processability o f BMI. Init ial thermal decompo sit io n temperatur e of cured resin in N2 w as reduced, but it s thermalox idat ive decompo sit ion temperature w as unchang ed. T he glass temperature of T iO2 / BMI cur ed resin was 302 ℃, thermal decompositio n temperature w as 420 ℃. In a certain temper ature rang e, the glass temperature of cured resin co uld be improved not iceably by increasing cur ing temperatur e and prolo ng ing curing time.
