Abstract:
In order to f ind main error s ources producing thrust misalignment of s olid rocket motor, the inf luencing situat ion of many f actors, such as init ial t emperature of grain, the errors of throat’ s conf igurat ion and dimens ion and f law s of nozzle inner surface etc, on thrust mis alignment has been res earched by us ing of the sixcomponent thrus t test s ystem. T he t esting results have shown that init ial t emperature of grain, the errors of throat ’s conf igurat ion and dimension and f laws of nozzle inner surface have great ef fect on thrus t mis alingnment . T hes e research result s obt ained here are valuaple in the des ign and product ion of solid rocket mot or.
