Abstract:
In this paper, the Gleeble-1 500 heat / mechanics moulding ex perimental setup is used to make hot compr essive test on the steel so as to study the influence o f rate and temperature of deformat ion on the g rain char acter of medium carbon CrNiMoV steel’s hot deformed Austenite. T he result s show that low er temperatur es or higher rates of deformatio ns can lead to finer gr ain. These result s are very useful to under stand the rule of hig htemperature str ucture of the medium car bon CrNiMoV steel varied w ith condit io ns. Our result s can al so provide pract ical inst ruct ions to the desig n o f reseaonable pr ocess, the eff icient cont rol of the pro duct ’s st ructural pr opert ies and improvement of product’ s qual ity .
