Abstract:
On the fundamental of neg ative-resisto r o scilator desig n and adapt iv e recursive algorithms, an adapt ive r ecur sion design of neg ative-resisto r oscilator is presented in this paper. The method is char acter ized by it s simple calculatio n, fast and precise convergence, and the unique and optimal converging . It can be used not o nly to design the neg ativ e-resistor oscilato rs with differ ent w ave bands and differ ent kind of devices, but al so to turn the act iv e nonlinear netw orks and match their impedences. T he method is analysed and v erif ied by the concrete example.
