Abstract:
A phenomenological and perturbat ive QCD s tudy is made of the QED-QCD interference eff ect , including the calculation of the N-N1 So scat tering lengths. T he perturbative QCD model is qualitatively reasonable appears plausible and a phenomendogical paratmet er is obt ained to fit both the n-p, Δ++-Δ mas s diff erences and the scat tering length dif ferences.
