Abstract:
In order to impr ove brake performance of medium-priced or low -end mo to rcy cles, a kind of economical pract ical hy draulic ant i-lock btr ake dev ice easy to be installed is urgently resear ched and developed at present . This paper analyses the principle o f moto rcy cle hydraulic ant i-lock brake System( ABS) . In acco rdance with the condit ion o f road surface , cont ro lling brake o il jar pr essure by adjusting device, the w heel sl ip rat io can be co nt rol led in the ideal scope so as to realize ant i-lock brake. According to the basic principle ment ioned above, the relat ion formula betw een brake oil jar pressure and road adhesion co ef ficient is derived. Brake pr essure co nt ro l par ameters on v ar io us ro adsurfaces are obtained by example. T hese calculat ion r esult s can be used to guide the design of Ant i-Lock Br ake contr ol devices.
