Abstract:
T he inf luence of cyclic heat t reatment on the grain feature and mechanical propert ies of 35CrNi3MoV st eel has been studied in this paper. Under the experimental condit ions , the even and f ine grain of specimen can be obt ained aft er its being cyclic heat t reated tw ice. Furthermore, af ter a quenched and t empered t reatment , a comprehensive mechanical propert ies of high - s trength, high- t oughness and duct ileness can be gained. T his process is superior t o any other t radit ional one not only in a bett er comprehensive mechanical properties but also in the fast process , high product ivit y and low energy consumption.
