Abstract:
The general mathemat ical model for moving target s is established by using polynomial ex pression. Polynomial Wigner-Ville Dist ribut ion ( PWVD) is int roduced to analyze mov ing target s in time- frequency representation. T he theoret ical analysis and computer simulat ion show that PWVD can overcome the natural limitat ion of quadrat ic WVD in represent ing the mov ing targets and that it is practical.
