Abstract:
It is proposed that the ground state and the f irst , and third ex cited states of 7Li be 3 H-Acluster-st ructure states. Using RGM, the eigenvalues and eigenfunct ions of these states are calculated, and the result ing eigenfunct ions are used to calculate the reduced M1 transition probabilities between these states. The resulting energy levels of 7 Li are sat isfactorily consistent w ith the ex perimental values, especially the agreement between the theoretical and experimental transition values indicates that the calculated RGM wave funct ions for these states are f ine.
