Abstract:
According to the achievements in resent research abroad, this paper begins w ith the ideal gas in hypervelocity project ile and int roduces a new type Elect rotherma-l Chemical Light Gas Gun, which has the merit s of both convent ional Light Gas Gun and Elect rothermal Chemical Gun. Because joined light molecular w eight gas in Elct rothermal Chemical Gun, the pressure distribut ion in project ile base is improved and the project ile velocity enhanced. Based on interior ballist ic physico-mathematical theory, the gun’s principles are described and its interior ballistic models are also established, laying theoretical basis of desig n practical use of the hypervelocity project ile.
