Abstract:
Worm tester system is a comprehensive measure system designed for improving w orm processing accuracy. This paper analyzes the error in w orm tester system and sets up a mathemat ical model w ith spline funct ion according to the error character, and processes the test data. T he result s show that using rationable error correction method can improve the accuracy and the stability of w orm tester system and use less memory. Such ef fective method can be applied in the similar tester system.
