Abstract:
This paper introduces a synthesis of 2, 4, 6-trinit ro-2, 4, 6-t riazacy clo hex anone ( K- 6) by polyphosphoric acid ( containing nit ric acid and sulfuric acid) , hex amine ( HA) and urea ( U r) . The one-step and tw o-step synthesis of K- 6 are researched respect ively. This synthesis of K- 6 is easy to operate, the raw materials are easy to obtain and the yields of K- 6 are more high, in that the yield in tw o-step synthesis of K - 6 is over 130 % ( counted by monomolecular) , it is the max imum y ield in all of the ex ist ing sy ntheses of K- 6.
