Abstract:
In this paper, the problem of disk pole assignment for cont inuous-time general systems is considered. T he aim is to design output feedback controllers so that the closed-loop system is regular, impulse-free and that the finite closed-loop poles are located w ithin a specified circular region in the left half complex plane. In terms of matrix inequalities, condit ions for the existence of desired output feedback cont rollers are derived, and f inally algebraic expressions of these output feedback controllers are also g iven.
