Abstract:
Ammonium nitrate (AN) is a kind of polymorphous substance w hich is subjected to caking due to environmental factors. With the DSC and compressing test method, effect of more than 10 kinds of inorg anic salt on AN polymorphism and caking property is discussed. Results show that some of these additives have good performance, which was mainly caused by the multiple effects of co-crystallization type, ionic radius, charges, ion stereo-st ructure and so on.
