Abstract:
Color segmentat ion is a diff icult problem for image processing. This paper studies color segmentat ion problem of color lung cancer cell dyed by Hematox ylin and Eosin ( HE ) . Based on a g reat number of ex periments, a segmentat ion algorithm is proposed to color lung cancer cell images by means of effect ive color feature. The proposed method includes tw o steps, first , it uses some color features to segment the cell from background precisely. On this basis, the cell can be separated into nucleus and cy toplasm for the convenience of further processing. The method is simple and accurate, which can sat isfy the pract ical needs.
