Abstract:
When military target s such as tanks, armored cars move on the ground, seismic w aves can be generated: body w ave propagating throug h the deeper parts of the Earth and Rayleigh w ave propag at ing along the surface. The seismic waves sig nal detected by sensors is principally Ray leig h w ave w hen the detect ion posit ion is far from the target . Accordingly moving military target can be found by Rayleig h w ave. In this paper, on the basis of geologic model, the propagation model of Rayleigh wave is deduced, w hich is caused by vibrat ion point source and propagates in mult-i layer of media. Rayleigh w ave signals of the dif ferent moving targ ets are predicted by the above-mentioned model.
