Abstract:
The est imat ion of ammunit ion and rocket system development cost often adopts the method of mult iple variable linear regression equation . T he method needs many sample data and obtains low er precision. During the new type ammunit ion and rocket system development , few er sample data make it very diff icult to est imate the development cost . The paper makes use of the theory of Grey system forecast to resolve the ammunition and rocket system development cost evaluat ion, establishing the GM model of Grey systems and cumulat ive residual error model, then correct ing the GM forecast model. The calculat ion of concrete ex amples indicates that higher precision can be obtained w ith fewer samples.
