Abstract:
A mathemat ica-l physical model of liquid propellant compressed by impact and cont inual loads w as established, and it w as numerically simulated by MacCormack scheme. The physical regularity is obtained in the process of dynamic impact and cont inual compression. It is calculated that transformation of mechanical energy into internal energy of the propellant doesn. t result in burning or ex plosion of the propellant . It can be used as reference to the research on firing safety of liquid propellant gun.
