Abstract:
Af ter introducing the product ion technology of polymerizat ion reaction, the statistic mathematical model of molecule w eight of cast ing slice belt is built based on mult ivar-i able step-w ise regression method. The main factors which influenced the molecule w eight are found. With orthogonal test of key point temperature of polymerization react ion, a group of reasonable technolog y parameters are found by synthesis-balance-coordination method. Practical application show s that the model and technology parameters are ef ficient, great economic benefit has been gained in product ion.
