Abstract:
Since Moir?met rology has the advantages such as non- contact, high accuracy, more automat ic and high speed, it has some dif ficult ies for large object measurement because of limitat ion of the g rat ings. For this reason, a new project ion convert method is proposed to give the fringe-pattern st itching algorithm. Computer simulation showed it s feasiblility.
