The quaternary ammonium polyelect roly tes w ere synthesized by reaction of dimethylamine and allyl chloride, and the st ructures of monomer and polymer w ere characterized by inf rared and proton nuclear magnet ic resonance spect roscopy . T he poly( dimethyl dia-l lyl ammonium) chloride w as used to detect the incomplete IgG ant ibodies of red blood cell in human seria, and the several factors, such as concentration of sodium ethy lene diamine tet racet ic acid ( EDTA·Na2) , polyelectrolytes and red blood cell w ere discussed in the match blood test . It is found that this article presents data support ing the use of the manual poly ( dimethyl diallyl ammonium ) chloride test , a 1- minute room temperature procedures provide a rapid and more sensit ive test . It can be compared with bromeline, polybrene technique, etc. T he result s show that this method is superior to commercial methods, and equal to polybrene . T his new technic should be a valuable aid in the detect ion and identif icat ion of weak antibodies.
