Abstract:
In this paper, the cellulase from T richoderma fermentation w as studied. The enzyme act ivity and fermentat ion parameter w ere measured, and the cellulase w as isolated and purified through SphadexG - 200 column Chromatography, it mainly consisted of two components. And then the characterist ics of cellulase were searched by the infrared spect rum and u-l t raviolet spect rum. The heat and pH stabilit ies of CMC w ere also analy zed, and its Km w ere measured.
