Abstract:
Static t ransmission error of helical g ear pair is a primary parameter to evaluate the dynamic property of the gear pair. In order to evaluate the dynamics of the geared system, reduce the vibrat ion and noise during the design period and realize the dynamic design of the g eared system, the error st imulat ion should be determined f irst . So, in this paper, the composite error and elastic distort ion of g ear pair are computed. The fuzzy number is introduced here for the first t ime into comput ing the stat ic t ransmission error, thus present ing the method for solving the fuzzy stat ic t ransmission error of helical gear pair. It is the basis for execut ing the fuzzy dynamic opt imization of the geared system.
