Abstract:
With st raw berry material, one useful method w as established for ext racting total RNA from the plants w ith plenty of such secondary products as poly phenols and polymeric carbohydrates. T he method uses phenol and chloroform and isopentanol to clear aw ay DNA under the acid prerequisite, and uses ethy lenglycol monobutyl ether to clear aw ay polyphenols, polymeric carbohydrates and other secondary product s from plant t issues, and then can receive the high-quality RNA sample1
