Abstract:
This art icle introduces the w orking principle and technolog ical process of the supercritical carbon diox ide ext ract ion technology in ref ining paprika oleoresin. Through altering the parameter of the ex tract ion pressure, temperature t ime and velocity of f low , the optimal technological conditions. Are determined under these conditions, the color value of paprika oleoresin ref ined can reach above 150, and the content of impurity in paprika oleoresin accords w ith GB.
