Abstract:
This art icle analyzes the loads of the duo-servo brake and builds the key brake. s rear tip model. On the basis of this model, it builds one domest ic vehile duo-servo brake f inite e-l ement model and analyses its w orking st ress by using the CAD/ CAE/ CAM software I-DEAS. T he result shows that the t ip. s st ress is greater than its limited value and the improvement w ay is to w eld tw o boards in the t ip’ s two sides to lower the t ip’ s st ress.
