Abstract:
The fluorescence spect ra from venous blood of normal human are studied upon photoexcit ion at 530 nm and 632. 8 nm respectively. Experimental result s show that the spectral prof iles of blood induced by these tw o lig ht s are rather dif ferent . Blood can emit much st ronger fluorescence w hen induced by light at 530 nm. And the fluorescence spect ra ex ist both sides of excit ing light w hen photoexcited at 632. 8 nm. T hese results sugg est that the interact ions betw een these two w avelengths light and blood are different, thus the biolog ical effect s of different w aveleng ths light to blood are different . This paper may be useful to further understanding the mechanism of Int ravascular Low-level Laser Irradiat ion Therapy ( ILLLIT ) .
