Abstract:
T he technical improvement for the synthesis of 2, 4, 7, 9- tet razabicyclo[ 4, 3, 0] nonanone hydrochlorate( 1) f rom ethylenediamine, g lyox al and urea w as reported. T he y ield of compound ( 1) increased to 76. 1 % w ith the order chang of adding mat ter. By nitration of the compound ( 1) w ith nit ric acid in acet ic anhydride, 2, 4, 7, 9- tetranitro- 2, 4, 7, 9- tetrazab-i cyclo[ 4, 3, 0] nonanone ( 2) w as given, the yield of compound ( 2) increased to 65. 9 % w ith the optimizat ion of technical condit ion. The total yield of compound ( 2) is 50. 1 % . The melting point of compound ( 2) is 194~ 196℃ . T he mechanism of condensat ion react ion for synthesizing compound ( 1) and the main factors af fecting the yield of condensat ion reaction w ere analyzed. As for the nit rat ion react ion of compound ( 1) , the factors and the mechanism of n-i t rat ion react ion are also discussed.
