Abstract:
The basic characterist ic and concept of optimal preventive replacement and maintenance are int roduced; tw o models of the opt imal prevent ive replacement and maintenance are discussed. For the sake of making dow nt ime of failure equipment shorten, the opt imal prevent ive model of replacement period and service period are conf irmed, and the basic forecast calculat ion method of two models is int roduced. Taking the key components ) ) ) the insert-pull machine of the rocket and missile launching system, as an ex ample, introduce the process of calculat ion and compare the ef ficiency of applicat ion methods. It is proved that this simple and pract ical method is justified in selected cases and used as reference to the failure equipment maintenance.
