Abstract:
A new optoelectronic measuring method based on tet rahedral reflector for mutual orientation between two spat ial vehicles is presented, and a corresponding system is devised in this paper. As compared with the method presented by John C. and Bonni J. , by use of the new method, the met rical algorithm is simplif ied f rom 15 equations to 3 equations. With a rapid ca-l culat ing speed and a high measuring precision, it can be used to help precisely automatically dock two space vehicles. Effect ive distance is about several tens of meters, range of angle measurement is about several tens degree, error is less than 0. 1 %.
