Abstract:
The system components and the theory of jet electroforming orientated by rapid prototyping are introduced, and the characteristics of the jet electroforming are investigated. Experimental results show that the jet electroforming can greatly enhance the limited current density, fine crystalline particles, and improve deposite quality.The nanocrystalline copper parts with simiple shapes are fabricated by the technology.The surface morphologies and microstructure of the parts are analyzed by using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray.The parts have nanocrystalline microstructure with an even size of 55. 6 nm.
