Abstract:
The paper evaluates the quant itat ive validity of performance appraisal in human resources management by the method of analysis of variance. Some canonical results are made that may occur in performance appraisal system. The result s contribute to making an object ive, impart ial conclusion in human resources appraisal. A pract ical case is presented for reference.
